Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Digital Workplace technologies to support enterprise client environments and project delivery initiatives. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert focused on Microsoft cloud and on-premises technologies, working across architecture, implementation, consulting, and client engagement activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead assessments, architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Digital Workplace solutions
- Deliver customer-facing workshops focused on Copilot for Microsoft 365, Security, Teams, and Data Governance
- Design and support Microsoft environments leveraging Azure, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Teams, Power Platform, and Purview
- Support and configure Microsoft on-premises technologies including Active Directory and Certificate Services
- Provide technical leadership and oversight on complex enterprise engagements
- Assist with project scoping, Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical proposal development
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, managers, and executive stakeholders
- Mentor technical team members and contribute to best practices, standards, and reference architecture
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to support client success and project execution
- Support architecture and administration efforts across cloud and hybrid environments
Essential Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience architecting and designing Microsoft enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID/Azure AD, Purview, and M365 Security & Compliance
- Experience designing and deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises Microsoft environments
- Experience with enterprise environments supporting 1,000+ concurrent users
- Understanding of AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with consulting/client-facing experience
- Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and project engagements
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Windows 365 and/or Microsoft AVD
- Experience with third-party Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Quest, ShareGate, or BitTitan
- Experience translating operational and business requirements into Microsoft solution architectures
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading project teams
