As we expand across the national security landscape, we're standing up a new Enterprise Account Engineering function to ensure our mission customers get world-class support and maximum value from our technology. About the Role The Enterprise Account Engineer is the post-sales technical point of contact for Finch AI’s National Security customers. You will work deeply with our enterprise users to deploy, integrate, optimize, and troubleshoot Finch AI products across highly complex, secure, and often air-gapped environments. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and mission operations. You’ll spend your time solving hard technical problems, integrating diverse data sources, advising on deployment patterns, supporting customer workflows, and ensuring our products deliver real impact on day one and scale with mission needs.
