Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.About the roleRippling is looking for a Post-Sales Solution Architect to support our largest and most strategic customers after they've purchased the platform.

In this role, you will serve as the technical owner of the customer relationship post-sale, ensuring customers successfully implement by scaling, and evolving their use of Rippling over time. You will work closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to design system architectures, guide integrations, and ensure customers realize long-term value from the platform.

A key part of this role is continuously reinforcing Rippling as the platform of choice-engaging new and existing stakeholders, aligning the platform to evolving business needs, and identifying opportunities to expand Rippling's footprint within each customer.

This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering, and is critical to driving retention, adoption, and expansion within enterprise accounts.What You Will DoOwn Technical Strategy for Enterprise CustomersServe as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, and EngineeringGuide customers on system architecture, integrations, data flows, and platform best practicesHelp customers plan for scale and future-state use casesDrive Implementation Quality & Platform AdoptionEnsure alignment between what was sold and what is implementedSupport complex deployments and configuration decisionsIdentify opportunities to expand usage across workflows, integrations, and custom solutionsLead Technical EngagementsRun architecture reviews, workshops, and solution sessionsDiagnose gaps in customer implementations and recommend improvementsTranslate business requirements into clear, scalable technical solutionsEvangelize Rippling as the System of RecordContinuously position Rippling as the central platform for managing and automating business processesEngage new and evolving stakeholders (e.g., IT, Finance, Engineering leaders) as customer priorities shiftReframe Rippling's value from point solutions to a broader platform strategyPartner with Account Managers to identify and support expansion opportunities through technical validation and solutioningPartner Cross-FunctionallyWork closely with Account Management, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teamsProvide actionable product feedback based on customer needsSupport escalations by identifying root causes and driving resolutionDrive Long-Term Customer OutcomesProactively identify risks and opportunities within accountsHelp customers optimize their systems and improve operational efficiencyContribute to retention, expansion, and overall customer successQualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar rolesExperience working with enterprise SaaS customers, preferably in a post-sales capacityStrong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system designAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExperience influencing stakeholders across technical and business functionsPreferredExperience with HRIS, ERP, or similar business systemsFamiliarity with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft)Experience with identity systems (e.g., Okta, Active Directory)Exposure to data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)Why This Role MattersAs Rippling continues to expand upmarket, customers increasingly expect not just software, but ongoing technical partnership and strategic guidance.
