• Strong architectural mindset and ability to:

  • Evaluate unfamiliar tools and platforms
  • Design scalable solutions regardless of specific tech stack
• Must be capable of creating architecture from the ground up rather than simply maintaining existing environments.
• Strong financial background in a clinical setting would be ideal
• Looking for someone very senior:
  • Someone who has been solving complex architecture problems for many years
• This is not an intermediate-level role-wanting someone very senior. They won't only be doing data architeture, so a strong dev background would be nice

• Design and architect enterprise-scale data solutions from the ground up.
• Lead data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture initiatives.
• Develop scalable frameworks for data quality, governance, auditing, and validation.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define data strategies and architectural roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Create architecture patterns that support automation, AI initiatives, and future-state data platforms.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance around data integration, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during solution design and architectural decision-making.

Special Project Focus

A key initiative for this role involves designing and implementing a metadata-driven automated audit framework capable of:

• Rapidly validating large datasets
• Comparing information against defined sources of truth
• Automating data quality and audit processes
• Supporting AI-driven and highly automated data environments
• Accelerating the organization's ability to assess data accuracy and integrity
