Title: Solutions Consultant (Junior II)
Duration: 3 months till November
Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Hybrid work: Tues through Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday Remote.
Description:
As a Solutions Consultant, you work on tasks such as troubleshooting, supporting product deployment, implementation, and integration within the scope of a user/partner/client project to support your team. You address day-to-day issues such as troubleshooting user/partner/client issues of low scope and complexity by following existing protocols, escalating to your manager or senior team members when needed. You are building foundational knowledge of product deployment, systems integration, and our technologies and processes.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with well-defined tasks within a project, manage time, and follow work plans.
Help identify trends of solution issues across users/partners/clients and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering) to mitigate risks in the future with direct guidance. Contribute to developing initiatives and practices to improve solution delivery, develop new delivery workflows, and drive solution innovation with direct guidance.
Support collaboration with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot the most optimal solutions and enhance offerings with direct guidance. Support coaching internal and external teams on new solutions/systems, user/partner/client ecosystem, and industry landscape with direct guidance. Address escalations to and from stakeholders with direct guidance.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Execute (online or offline) QA checks on partner data, including phone calls to validate data
Identify and escalate data issues to multiple internal teams and external partners using internal tools and processes
Triage incoming feedback or error reports to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues reported by users
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
1 years experience in a professional setting
Strong research, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Independent worker who can prioritize between competing, time-sensitive tasks and context-switch effectively
Respectful team player who can collaborate and support others
Availability to work extended business hours or weekends occasionally
