If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard your development is supported and your work feels meaningful you will feel at home at Ricoh.Engaging directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate these into technical solutions.Designing both high-level HLD and low-level LLD architectures.Take ownership of end-to-end solutions from initial design through to delivery and handover.Leading the design delivery of complex and hybrid solutions across the M365 stack.Act as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert.Collaborating with other consultants and contributing to the wider consultancy practice.Experience 2 years of experience delivering customer-facing IT consultancy projects.M365 ExpertiseProven delivery and strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 core services Exchange Online SharePoint Teams OneDrive Defender Purview.Identity & Security Solid understanding of core identity security and access management Microsoft Entra ID MFA Conditional Access.Infrastructure & Networking Proven delivery and strong hands-on experience of AD DS PKI DNS and DHCP.Migrations Hands-on experience with tenant-to-tenant or on-premises to cloud migrations.Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Mobility & Clearance Must hold a valid UK driving license willingness to travel in the UK and either hold active SC Clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the vetting process.Desirable Skills & Certification Advanced knowledge ofAdvanced knowledge M365 Stack - Microsoft Entra Microsoft Teams Exchange Online Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager Microsoft Purview and DefenderAdvanced knowledge PowerShell or automation experienceAdvanced knowledge On-Premise Core Services AD DS PKI DNS and DHCPA solid working knowledge of foundational Azure servicesRelevant Microsoft qualifications or accreditations MS-102 MD-102 and willingness to gain additional certificatesYoull be part of a collaborative consultancy practice that promotes a strong learning culture provides certification and development support and offers the chance to work across M365 Azure security Networking and Datacenter while continually developing and progressing your skill set.RICOHUK
