The Solutions team bridges the gap between the Sales, Delivery, Product and Customer Success. The team exists to accelerate and enhance the sales process by adding credibility, objectivity, and subject matter expertise during the prospect’s evaluation of our platform. SpendHQ’s Solutions Consultants work closely with our sales team to provide support for large deals, analyzing the needs of our prospects to demonstrate how SpendHQ can address their pain points and collaboratively determine the best solution. The Solutions Data Analyst supports this mission by preparing, analyzing, and validating data used throughout the solution evaluation process. Working primarily with internal teams, you will transform complex procurement datasets into accurate, meaningful insights that help SpendHQ demonstrate platform capabilities and design appropriate solutions. This is an analytically focused, non-client-facing role. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and collaborating behind the scenes to support successful sales and solution outcomes. The role reports to our Head of Solutions, based in Lyon, with a dotted line to our Director of Data & Analytics, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role will collaborate closely with teams in both Atlanta and Lyon. Atlanta is our preferred location, with a hybrid work arrangement based at our U.S. headquarters.
