Job Summary The SHI Services Solutions Engineer – Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio Agents serves as a technical subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent-based solutions, including declarative and custom engine agent proof of concepts (POCs). This role partners directly with customers and internal delivery teams to design, build, and govern AI-driven workplace experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on the Microsoft 365 Copilot out-of-the-box experience, including technical deployment, leveraging Microsoft Graph data to assess tenant readiness, creating custom policies, identifying and preventing data oversharing, and enabling first‑party agent capabilities. The role also supports declarative and custom engine agent development and enterprise governance of agents across Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Power Platform Admin Center, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and Agent 365. The Solutions Engineer plays a key role in shaping solutions, accelerating service development, and ensuring consistent, secure, and scalable delivery across engagements.
