What You Will Do
Serve as the internal and external product expert for the housing platform, developing deep functional knowledge across all modules and workflows.
Lead onboarding, implementation, and configuration work directly with housing operator clients, ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Manage a portfolio of 30–50 concurrent customer projects, maintaining clear timelines and proactive communication with stakeholders.
Conduct structured requirements-gathering sessions with clients to translate operational needs into effective platform solutions.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay client feedback and assist in product launch readiness.
Refine and document scalable processes for client onboarding and ongoing support in partnership with Operations.
Navigate ambiguity and build structure in an evolving environment, communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Background
2–5 years of experience in a technical post-sales role within a SaaS company, such as solutions engineering or technical project management.
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with defined timelines and structured stakeholder communication.
Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with external clients or end customers.
Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools and SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Background in a Series A or Series B startup, with evidence of high-velocity, startup-like team experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of building trust with clients and stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $150K, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise. Additional benefits may include opportunities for professional development and a collaborative work environment.
