Responsibilities

Learn and develop technical expertise on Selectors operational analytics solution for networks, applications, and security workflows. Support hands-on integration and deployment of Selectors platform to meet customer requirements, working alongside senior engineers. Assist in deploying Selectors solution at customer sites, including helping to understand their data, workflow, and analytics requirements. Help ensure customers are adequately enabled for use and basic self-serve extensions of Selectors capabilities. Support pre-sales activities in collaboration with the sales team and senior engineers. Contribute to the design and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) plans under the guidance of senior team members. Document customer feedback and assist with product enhancement proposals to improve features and quality.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 0-3 years of professional experience in a technical or engineering role. Foundational coding skills in Python; exposure to Ansible or Go is a plus. Basic familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Basic understanding of SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; familiarity with Jupyter notebooks is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a desire to learn in a customer-facing environment. General awareness of networking concepts (e.g., Data Center, WAN, DNS/DHCP) - deeper expertise can be developed on the job. Eagerness to learn, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation

The salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and job location, and may vary from the amount listed.
