Internship Program Overview Accelevation is committed to developing future leaders through meaningful, hands-on experiences that directly impact our customers and business. As a Solutions Engineering Project Manager Intern, you will gain exposure to project management, engineering operations, customer solutions, and sales enablement while working alongside experienced engineering and project management professionals. This internship provides real-world experience supporting customer projects from initial scope definition through proposal development and project execution while building a strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure solutions. Your Impact As a Solutions Engineering Project Manager Intern, you will help support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects that serve some of the world's most demanding data center environments. You will work closely with engineering teams, subject matter experts, sales teams, and project stakeholders to help manage project information, coordinate resources, and support customer deliverables. Throughout this opportunity, you will gain valuable insight into how Accelevation designs, manufactures, procures, and installs integrated solutions that support Colocation, Enterprise, and Hyperscale data center customers. Physical Demands and Work Environment This position is primarily performed in an office environment with regular collaboration across engineering, project management, and business teams. Employees must be able to communicate effectively and operate standard office equipment, including computers, monitors, keyboards, and phones. Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting, reviewing project documentation, preparing proposals, attending meetings, and working on computers. Occasional movement throughout office and manufacturing environments may be required to support project activities and gain exposure to production operations.
