She Works Staffing is partnering with Transcend Wellness to find an exceptional Somatic Therapist who specializes in embodied healing approaches. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team of trauma specialists while making a meaningful impact through innovative therapeutic modalities.

What You'll Do

Provide transformative individual therapy sessions that seamlessly integrate verbal and somatic techniques Educate and empower clients on nervous system states, regulation techniques, and grounding tools Collaborate with a dynamic team of trauma specialists at Transcend Wellness Center Utilize evidence-based somatic approaches to support clients with developmental and chronic trauma

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications: Active licensure as a mental health professional in [State] Specialized certification/training in one or more of the following:

• Somatic Experiencing (SE)
• Trauma Release Exercises (TRE)
• Dance/Movement Therapy Demonstrated experience working with developmental or chronic trauma

Therapeutic Modalities & Tools: Somatic Experiencing techniques TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) Yoga-informed therapy approaches Body scan and grounding practices Nervous system regulation techniques
