Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

As a Sommelier in Restaurant Vermeer, you are the link between the kitchen and the service team, and you provide a subtle and personable service. Together with the chef, you know how to enthuse and amaze the guests with a unique wine menu and exciting wine and food combinations. Your ultimate goal is for our guests to walk out the door with more than a satisfied feeling and return in the future.

You can connect with a diverse audience, from local residents to day tourists. You know what the "talk of the town" is, you are creative, and you are aware of culinary innovations. You enjoy creating and realizing ideas together with the team.

You meet the following requirements:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as assistant sommelier in a fine dining restaurant;

• You have an MBO 4 diploma Hotel School or similar credentials;

• You have an affinity for wine, and you have your wine certificates;

• You have good organizational and communication skills;

• You speak English fluently, Dutch is an advantage.
