About the Role:
SD Fusion LLC is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our Sonic Drive-In team in La Vista, NE! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role at one of America's most iconic fast-food brands, where you'll help lead a fun, fast-paced team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Lead, coach, and motivate crew members and shift supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budgetary goals
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and labor management to optimize team performance
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive guest experience at all times
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in quick service or fast food
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations best practices
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills in a high-volume environment
• Basic understanding of P&L, labor costs, and inventory management
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
