Schedule Details/Additional Information:Weeknights with rotating call.

Pay Range$38.20 - $57.30

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible.

Position Highlights:Sign on Bonus: This job qualifies for a $15,000 sign on bonus (New Hire), $10,000 sign on bonus (New Grad) provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements.

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 in Relocation Assistance (for qualified candidates)

Location: Lexington, North Carolina

What You Will Need:Certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Radiologic Technologist (S).

Vascular (RVT) or Pediatric (PS) is required in addition to the site-specific registry: Abdomen (AB), Breast (BR), Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) or Musculoskeletal (MSKS).

BLS certification is required.

Graduate of a comprehensive medical diagnostic ultrasound program required in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or General Ultrasound.

What Youll Do:Examines requests and verifies orders on each assigned patient.

Assists Radiologist in performing invasive procedures.

Evaluates technical quality of exam and develops a superior varied technique for elevated efficiency in the department.

Supports and contributes to the Patient-Centered Care Philosophy by understanding that every staff member is a Caregiver, whose role is to meet the needs of each patient.

Reports malfunctioning equipment to the Assistant Director, Lead Sonographer and/or Engineer.

Operates the Radiology computer system to include entering and charging exams and supplies.

Maintains assigned work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

Assists in keeping the area completely stocked.

Adheres to departmental rules and regulations while performing in a professional manner always.
