Location: Lewiston, ME

Department: Ultrasound Diagnostics

Shifts Available: Days

Pay: up to $1,231.20 –$1,727.60 gross per week

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Perform general ultrasound and vascular ultrasound procedures according to physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic ultrasound images for interpretation by radiologists.
• Position patients and operate ultrasound equipment to obtain optimal scans.
• Process, review, and transmit images to PACS for storage and physician review.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to support quality patient care.

Qualifications:

1. RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required upon hire and maintained.
2. Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation upon hire.
3. Previous one (1) year experience required.
4. Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
5. Proficient computer skills

Pay Transparency:

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $30.78 to $43.19. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
