Novant Health Maternal Fetal Medicine is seeking a compassionate, skilled Sonographer to join our growing outpatient team in beautiful Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. You'll work alongside board-certified Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing advanced care for high-risk pregnancies and their families.

What We're Looking For:
Required
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
- Associate degree (or equivalent program completion)
- ARDMS registered with OB specialty (RDMS-OB)
- Current BLS certification
Preferred
- One or more years of obstetric ultrasound experience
- Maternal Fetal Medicine experience
- Fetal Echocardiography certification
- Experience performing Doppler studies and nuchal translucency examinations
- Experience assisting with amniocentesis and/or CVS procedures
What You'll Do:
As a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer, you will:
- Perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations
- Obtain comprehensive fetal anatomy and growth assessments
- Perform Doppler studies, nuchal translucency (NT) scans, and AIUM-recommended imaging
- Collaborate closely with Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and the multidisciplinary care team
- Assist with specialized procedures, including amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS), when appropriate
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of imaging quality and safety
