Schedule: Days shift| Part time| Monday - Wednesday

Salary range: $43.74 - $60.97 per hour 

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Perform routine and complex ultrasound procedures to examine tissue and body structures, while accurately recognizing significant anatomy, pathology, artifacts, and equipment limitations.
• Configure and manually maneuver ultrasound equipment, monitor for proper functionality, report malfunctions to appropriate personnel, and implement necessary lockout/tagout procedures.
• Implement safety standards and quality control measures, ensuring the prompt, accurate submission of high-quality images and patient history to PACS while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment by ensuring procedure rooms, storage areas, and all other department facilities are kept in orderly condition.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required: 
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical certificate/degree required.

 

What additional requirements you'll need:

• Fetal Echo certification strongly preferred.
