Power the Process: Be the Backbone of Loan & Service Operations!
The Loan and Operations Support role provides administrative and operational support for both the demo loan program and repair operations. This position works closely with Marketing and Sales teams, third-party vendors, and the Loan Inventory Analyst, to coordinate the movement of equipment into and out of the loan program. Responsibilities include placing and tracking inventory and loan orders, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling inventory to ensure accurate asset management.
This role also supports repair operations by facilitating material availability for Service Engineers, receiving, packing, shipping, and processing repair products. The position also performs data entry within repair management systems and provides general administrative support across the service depot and loan administration functions to ensure efficient daily operations.
