The Production Sorter is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and organizing automotive connectors to ensure all products meet quality and production standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficiency on the production line by identifying defects, separating non-conforming parts, and supporting overall workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect automotive connectors for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Sort parts based on quality standards, specifications, and production requirements
- Separate and properly label defective or non-conforming materials
- Maintain accurate counts and documentation of sorted products
- Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Follow company quality control procedures and production guidelines
- Work closely with production and quality teams to address issues
- Meet daily production and sorting targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math and counting skills
