Eagle & Ivy is Nashville's newest upscale golf, dining, and entertainment destination, opening in the heart of Midtown.

We're combining chef-driven American cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, private events, and state-of-the-art golf simulators to create something truly unique.

We're looking for a Sous Chef who wants more than a job.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily kitchen operations

  • Train and develop cooks

  • Ensure food quality and consistency

  • Manage prep production and execution

  • Support inventory, ordering, and labor management

  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

  • Help build a positive, professional kitchen culture

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience

  • Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience preferred

  • High-volume restaurant experience

  • Strong food safety knowledge

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
