Marchon's biotechnology client is hiring a Source to Pay Transformation IT Program Manager. Source to Pay Transformation IT Program Manager is a role within the Project Management & Strategic Operations (PMSO) team reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Technology Portfolio Management. The Source to Pay Transformation IT Program Manager will have both program and project planning and execution delivery responsibilities for the implementation of several workstreams of technology improvements to source to pay processes and platforms. The Source to Pay Transformation IT Program Manager will be charged with direct management of all PMSO activities and ensuring accurate status reporting for the implementation workstreams and driving the program objectives and project outcomes. In scope workstreams include Source to Pay Orchestration, Buying Channels, Master Data Management, Third Party Risk Management and Procure to Pay (Coupa) Enhancements.
The Contractor will work closely with various internal and external Information Technology (Data, Technology and Engineering) partners as well as members of our business teams in our Strategic Sourcing, Accounting and Legal organizations. The Contractor will ensure that the program and projects are in alignment with other inter-dependent programs, projects and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Knowledge and Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Program and Project Management
Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex programs and projects with high organizational visibility
Experience managing Information Technology programs and projects
Experience managing projects involving Sourcing teams, processes and technologies
Leadership
Demonstrated leadership presence and drive, resourcefulness, reliability and accountability including ability to hold others accountable for successful project delivery
Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas
Experience facilitating project meetings and effectively and respectfully holding team members accountable for status, deliverables and the timely escalation of blockers
Unfailing commitment to representing project status in an accurate and timely manner
Successful history of managing collaborative projects with vendors and packaged software

Skills/Tools
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience presenting to senior leadership in IT and business functions
Experience practicing project feature prioritization and backlog grooming methods
Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and reporting
Understanding of the principles of IT / project financial management (e.g., capital expenses, operating expenses, amortized and expensed costs, accruals, actual and forecasted spend etc.)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience with high-growth stage biotechnology companies
Agile CSM, PSM or similar certification and direct experience
PMP certification
