    Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative Operations to lead the planning and execution of premium catalog and print production initiatives. This role serves as the operational leader behind complex creative workflows, partnering across Merchandising, Product Development, Creative, Photography, Production, and Digital teams to bring seasonal catalog programs to life.

    The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organized leader with experience managing creative operations, catalog production workflows, and cross-functional teams. This role will oversee a small team, drive execution, and ensure projects move efficiently from planning through final delivery.


    Your Responsibilities

    • Lead day-to-day creative operations for catalog production, ensuring projects stay on track from planning through delivery.
    • Manage, mentor, and support a small team, providing prioritization, guidance, and workflow leadership.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Creative, Photography, Production, and Digital teams.
    • Develop and manage production timelines, workflows, and project plans for seasonal catalog initiatives.
    • Coordinate product readiness, samples, photography schedules, and production needs.
    • Maintain clear communication, documentation, and processes throughout the creative lifecycle.
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and build scalable processes.
    • Ensure high-quality creative deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.


    Our Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in creative operations, catalog production, print production, or related fields.
    • Experience managing complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
    • Experience leading and developing team members.
    • Strong understanding of catalog, print, photography, and creative production workflows.
    • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience supporting premium retail, luxury, home furnishings, or other visually driven brands preferred.
