Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for a Sourcer for their Santa Clara, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Proactively source candidates for priority roles using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, user groups, industry events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for high demand and evergreen roles.
  • Utilize Boolean search, keyword optimization, and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent.
  • Conduct initial outreach, nurture candidates, and deliver an engaging, personalized candidate experience.
  • Market & Talent Insights
  • Provide recruiters and hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitive landscape data.
  • Track sourcing performance metrics and share recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Screening & Candidate Qualification
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit (experience, skills, interest level, compensation expectations).
  • Present qualified candidate profiles and summaries to recruiters/hiring managers.
  • Collaboration & Partnership
  • Work closely with recruiters and HR partners to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Attend intake meetings, calibration discussions, and hiring team debriefs.
  • Tools & Systems
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates within the ATS/CRM.
  • Leverage sourcing tools and automation platforms to increase efficiency (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut,).
 
Requirements:
  • Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to capital equipment, semiconductor, or advanced hardware environments.
  • Experience sourcing for technical roles such as optical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process development.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing technique capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting high growth or complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking sourcing metrics.
  • Ability to provide market insights and talent availability recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required: Yes
  • Years of experience: 7-10 years
  • Technical Skills:
  • Required: Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing technique capabilities.
  • Strong experience sourcing for technical and/or business roles.
  • Desired:
  • Semi-conductor experience or prior experience recruiting for a hardware company
  • Computer Skills:
  • Required: Microsoft office suite
