What You'll Do- Maintain and update supplier pricing and cost information within ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Manage customer agreements, contract databases, and sourcing documentation
- Research and resolve pricing discrepancies, invoice variances, and supplier-related issues
- Support sourcing initiatives, RFPs, RFIs, bid collection, and vendor evaluations
- Coordinate documentation for new product and supplier onboarding, including regulatory and compliance materials
- Analyze supplier performance, market trends, freight costs, and purchasing data
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel to support sourcing and procurement decisions
- Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Assist with ongoing supplier relationship management and process improvements
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, vendor management, or a related field
- Experience working within ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting contracts, supplier data, pricing, or procurement processes preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.25 per hour
