Job Summary
The Sourcing Coordinator, RPO partners closely with recruiters and hiring teams to identify, engage, and support qualified candidates throughout the recruiting process. This role is responsible for proactive talentsourcing,candidateoutreach,screeningsupport,andmaintainingapositivecandidateexperience.TheSourcercollaboratescross-functionallywithinternalstakeholdersandcandidatestohelpbuildstrongtalentpipelinesandmeethiringgoals.
Sourceandidentifyqualifiedcandidatesthroughvariousrecruitingchannels,includingjobboards,socialmedia,networking,andinternaldatabases.
Buildandmaintaintalentpipelinesforcurrentandfuturehiringneeds.
Conductcandidateoutreachthroughphone,email,andothercommunicationchannels.
Screenandqualifycandidatesagainstpositionrequirements,skills,andexperience.
Maintainaccurateandup-to-datecandidaterecordswithintheApplicantTrackingSystem(ATS).
Partnerwithrecruiterstocoordinatecandidatepresentations,interviews,andfollow-upactivities.
Assistwithcandidateengagement,onboardingsupport,andpre-employmentcommunications.
Developandexecutetargetedsourcingcampaignstoattractpassiveandactivetalent.
Provideahighlevelofcustomerservicetocandidates,hiringmanagers,andinternalstakeholders.
Supportrecruitingprojectsandinitiativesaimedatimprovinghiringoutcomesandcandidateexperience.
Education & Years of Experience
High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience
Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills.
Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.
Experiencesourcingtalentacrossmultipleplatforms,includingLinkedInRecruiterandjobboards.
