Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust supplier partnerships, enhancing sourcing strategies across various apparel lines.
- Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, and Production units to propel product development successfully.
- Engage in strategic negotiations concerning pricing, lead times, and production capabilities with international manufacturers.
- Oversee production schedules, ensuring timely deliveries while swiftly addressing any challenges in sourcing or production.
- Conduct thorough factory evaluations to drive ongoing improvements in quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Stay informed on market trends, global sourcing prospects, and manufacturing innovations.
- Guarantee compliance with quality standards and corporate requirements.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years in apparel sourcing.
- Proven experience with major retail apparel brands.
- Comprehensive knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and global supply chains.
- Extensive experience liaising with international production partners and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation prowess, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
