As a Sourcing Recruiter for Amazon"s Dedicated Cloud Region Services Recruiting team, you"ll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top technical talent. You"ll leverage advanced sourcing strategies and tools to build robust talent pipelines for cloud computing and infrastructure roles. Working closely with hiring managers, you"ll understand technical requirements and evaluate candidates effectively. The ideal candidate combines technical recruiting expertise with strong analytical skills and knowledge of cloud technologies. Success in this role requires excellent communication abilities, data-driven decision-making, and experience with modern sourcing techniques and platforms.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture
  • Screen and evaluate candidates" qualifications against role requirements
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health
  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy
  • Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences
