Hiring multiple Recruiters for large tech company in Seattle!

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to join our dynamic team, focusing on recruiting for roles in Seattle and Arlington. You will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, and making offers. This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. As a recruiter, you will be familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Creativity and latitude are expected, as you may lead and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, check references, and make offers to potential candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Conduct high-volume technical recruiting for the tech industry.

  • Engage with candidates through email and virtual communication.

  • Work closely with internal business partners and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing learnings and fostering a fun work culture.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.

  • Experience in recruiting within the tech industry.

  • Ability to work in a goal-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of ATS systems and technical sourcing techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with technical software development engineer (SDE) recruiting.

  • Experience with Boolean searches.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative, with both individual desk time and engaging team interactions. Team members participate in sourcing and hiring candidates, involving a lot of dialogue and conversations. The culture is fun and supportive, encouraging the sharing of learnings. You will be working closely with direct and indirect customers, with a focus on developing and hiring the best. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with a 30% increase in hiring demand for business, requiring expanded temporary resources.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
