Job Title: Recruiter / Sourcer

Pay Rate Base plus commission up to $10K per month

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top talent in the HVAC industry, including technicians, engineers, and other professionals, utilizing various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Recruiter experience in HVAC preferred but not required.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs within the HVAC sector.
• Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HVAC recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
