Pay Rate Base plus commission up to $10K per month
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit top talent in the HVAC industry, including technicians, engineers, and other professionals, utilizing various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
Recruiter experience in HVAC preferred but not required.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs within the HVAC sector.
Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HVAC recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
