Are you a recruiter who thrives on finding exceptional talent and building strong candidate pipelines? HazTek is looking for an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to play a critical role in identifying and engaging top safety professionals who keep our clients' projects moving forward.

In this fast-paced role, you'll build and maintain talent pipelines, connect with qualified candidates, and help ensure key positions are filled quickly with professionals who are ready to make an immediate impact.

Qualifications:

What You'll Do

• Develop an intimate understanding of the Safety industry in order to be an effective partner to hiring managers, and to fill roles.
• Proactively source and engage qualified construction safety professionals.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of vetted candidates with varying levels of qualifications and experience for assigned positions and geographies.
• Conduct specialized, targeted recruiting effort.
• Coordinate daily with Operations on projected sourcing needs.
• Utilize ATS (ICIMS) to manage and coordinate jobs and candidates
• Develop relationships with passive candidates through networking and outreach.
• Help ensure HazTek remains ahead of hiring demands by maintaining a steady pipeline of top talent.
• Assist with projects and tasks, as directed

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting and sourcing experience is required.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to portray a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five (5) years of experience with high-volume, full service recruiting or human resources that included recruiting as primary function
• Two (2) years of proven experience in a sales-oriented service role, communicating directly with decision makers or influences
• Experience using a variety of current, efficient and cost-effective sourcing techniques and systems
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work and/or military experience
• Construction industry knowledge and/or technical safety background
• One (1) year of work experience supporting a decentralized workforce

Work Schedule and Location: Hybrid – One to two days per week in our Corporate Medford, NJ office, rest of the week will be remote. Work schedule is generally M-F-8am-5pm, some periodic weekend or evening work is expected.

Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 Travel | Relocation: Local Only - No travel, per diem or relocation is offered for this opportunity
