The Sourcing Specialist supports commodity and supply chain activities to drive sales growth and operational improvements via a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach.

  • Lead sourcing for Capital Expenditure, MRO, and Logistics, including negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and operational needs, enhancing procurement processes and policies.
  • Manage supplier performance, cost reduction, and spend visibility, supporting global sourcing initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis, supplier audits, and value analysis to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
  • Support supplier development, risk mitigation, and project execution to improve total costs and supply chain metrics.
  • Maintain category expertise, analyze market trends, and visit suppliers for continuous improvement.

  • Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ experience in procurement, strong project management, global supply chain knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Certifications like CPIM are advantageous. Travel is approximately 10% domestically.
