Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This position requires availability on Sundays, as well as nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
• Lead and support kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes
• Assist with menu execution, banquets, and catering preparation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience
• Experience with Italian cuisine preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and mandatory Sundays
