Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Create and prepare delicious menu items with precision
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
- Associate degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary $62,400.00 - $69,000.00 yearly
