What You ll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations and run service across all stations
- Supervise and support kitchen staff, setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability
- Ensure consistency in food quality, execution, and presentation
- Support hiring, training, and development of BOH team members
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and organization standards
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to keep operations efficient and aligned
What We re Looking For
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong kitchen lead ready to step into a leadership role
- Ability to run a clean, organized, and efficient service
- Strong communication skills and a direct, no-drama leadership style
- High standards for quality, consistency, and team accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
