Key Responsibilities:

Train and empower kitchen staff to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. Ensure seamless operations and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen. Uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety, ensuring every dish meets our Maui Brewing Co. standards. Address any kitchen issues promptly to guarantee a smooth and efficient workflow. Foster smooth communication and collaboration with our front-of-house team to ensure consistent service quality.

Salary: $68,000 to $80,000 (DOE)
