The Tides Beach Club is seeking a full-time, year-round Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This leadership role is ideal for a passionate and motivated culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As Sous Chef, you will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, supporting and mentoring team members, maintaining food quality and consistency, and ensuring all health and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, creative, and experienced in high-volume culinary operations.
