We're looking for an experienced PM Sous Chef who wants more than just a job. We want

someone who takes pride in mentoring others, leading by example, and creating an environment

This is a working leadership position. You'll be on the line with your team, coaching, teaching,

problem-solving, and helping set the standard every shift.

What You'll Do

• Lead evening kitchen operations

• Cook alongside your team during service

• Train and develop line cooks

• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation

• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with scheduling, inventory, prep, and organization

• Support labor and food cost goals

• Execute banquet and special event functions

• Foster a positive, accountable kitchen culture
