What You'll Do
Support the Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef in daily operations, execution, quality, and culture
Help lead and develop a high-performing BOH team that delivers consistency on every cover
Uphold food quality and presentation standards that guests notice and come back for
Step in as kitchen leader during manager absences, keeping standards intact
Partner with front of house leadership to ensure seamless, guest-first service
Support food cost, ordering, inventory, and operational systems with precision
Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards
What You Bring
Current or recent salaried/key-holder kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
A genuine passion for culinary excellence and hospitality
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen teams at every level
Strong command of kitchen systems, processes, and execution standards
A stable career history that reflects upward progression and growing responsibility
