THE ROLE

As Sous Chef youll partner closely with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations drive execution and develop a high-performing BOH team - while bringing the Eureka culinary experience to life every day.

Leadership - Lead with accountability urgency and respect Execution - Drive consistency quality and speed in a high-volume kitchen Culture - Build a kitchen where people feel supported challenged and proud of their work

WHAT YOULL DOSupport and lead daily BOH operations in a high-volume restaurant Coach train and develop kitchen team members Execute recipes systems and brand standards with precision Manage food cost waste inventory and labor efficiency Ensure food safety sanitation and health code compliance Partner with FOH leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences Help build a kitchen culture where people want to stay and grow

WHAT YOU BRING

3 years of Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in high-volume or casual dining Strong leadership and people-development skills Scratch kitchen experience required Passion for quality execution and kitchen culture Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain
