    Job Summary

    Supervise hourly staff in food preparation, assembly and service to patients and retail customers.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School or GED

    License & Certifications: Food Handler or Food Manager

    Work Experience: 3 years in food or hospitality service

    Experience: 1 year in food or hospitality as Senior Worker, Lead or Supervisor

    Equipment Operated: Oven, Steam Cookers, Meat Slicer, Deep Fat Fryer and Grill

    Communication Skills: Writing /Composing (Correspondence/ Reports)

    Other Skills:

    Mathematics, P.C.

    Advanced Education:

    Advance Training: Culinary School Graduate (Desired)

    Work Schedule: Weekends, Flexible, Overtime
