We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef!
The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing all daily kitchen operations, while adhering to company standards, developing, and training staffs over all stations in kitchen and meeting food costs budget and timelines. The Sous Chef will work with management in purchasing, inventory management and staffing issues. This person provides leadership and direction to all HOH culinary managers including team members. This person ensures that all recipes, preparations, and presentations meet company specifications and quality in a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
