Restaurant Cochineal is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our tight-knit team in Marfa, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Chef Alexandra Gates, a 3-time James Beard Best Chef Texas Semi-Finalist whose work has been featured in the Conde Nast/Bon Appetit documentary "On Our Table," Binging with Babish "I ate everything at Cochineal,' and Good Taste with Tanji.

We are a small team and encourage growth. Compensation is commiserate with experience and guaranteed to meet or exceed the local market rate for this position. This position has a potential for future earned equity in the business if the applicant is seeking long term employment (beyond 12 months).
