THE ROLE
We are seeking a strong, execution-focused Sous Chef to support culinary operations in a high-volume, full-service hotel environment.
This role is critical to daily kitchen execution, banquet production, and team supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute daily kitchen operations across banquets and restaurant

Support food production for large-scale events

Supervise and coach line staff

Maintain food quality and consistency

Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

REQUIREMENTS
