Seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join a chef-driven, scratch kitchen in a luxury setting within Olde Naples. This role offers an opportunity to work with seasonal ingredients, develop creative menus, and lead a team in a fast-paced, professional environment led by an award-winning Executive Chef.

Pay starts at $65,000 based on experience, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), free parking, meals, and discounts.

Responsibilities include preparing hot foods for the restaurant and banquets, managing kitchen staff, training associates, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, handling vendor orders, and developing special menus.
