The Sous Chef leads the daily operations of the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food production, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This position supervises approximately twenty cooks and catering associates, including two Culinary Supervisors. The Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to ensure recipe compliance, menu consistency, and adherence to established standards.
