This is an opportunity to lead talented culinarians, contribute creative ideas, and help shape memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world.What You'll DoAs Sous Chef, you'll partner closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef to lead daily culinary operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.In this role, you will:* Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team* Lead kitchen operations and ensure exceptional execution across all food outlets* Create and implement innovative menu offerings aligned with Hyatt's luxury standards* Support banquet events, seasonal activations, and special culinary experiences* Drive food quality, consistency, cost controls, and operational excellence* Manage scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, performance management, and hiring* Foster collaboration between culinary teams and other hotel departments* Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards* Step into broader leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous ChefWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating extraordinary experiences through food.
