Minneapolis Chef Daniel del Prado is currently hiring for all positions for three food & beverage concepts within the Rand Tower Hotel. Lobby bar, Bar Rufus, cocktail lounge, Miaou Miaou, as well as Blondette, the premiere full-service restaurant on the fifth floor of the historic Rand Tower.
Assist the Executive Chef in the preparation of food and oversight of kitchen operations in accordance with established food quality, guest service and sustainability standards.
