What You'll Do:
Lead kitchen operations and support our ownership in maintaining the highest standards of Italian cuisine
Demonstrate strong production skills with meticulous attention to consistency and quality in every dish
Manage inventory controls and food costs while minimizing waste
Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Bring creativity to menu development and daily specials
Mentor and guide kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and organized environment
Ensure smooth kitchen workflow during service
What We're Looking For:
Substantial experience in Italian comfort cuisine and cooking techniques
Proven expertise in kitchen organization, production planning, and inventory management
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
